Who am I

My name is Loren and I’m a 29 year old Portland-native, currently in my first year as a graduate-level counseling student at Western Seminary. I’m passionate about all things faith & spirituality, the Enneagram, 12 Step, and fighting the good fight against disordered eating & diet culture narratives from a Health At Every Size perspective. My hope for this blog is that it will allow me to dialogue & connect with other folks on these and related topics, while exploring these issues in greater depth.
